  • There is some fantastic news for the coming productions! The Finnish Cultural Foundation has given Miika an artist working grant from 2024 to 2025. 
  • Žižek Says!  is premiered by Joonatan Rautiola and Niko Kumpuvaara at the Tampere Biennale 10/4/2024
  • Further performances of Impossibilities are coming this summer in a really cool festival; more info coming soon.
  • Symbol – Body will be premiered at the TENOR conference in Zürich our production is financed by Aalto Digital Creatives Art & Tech Open Call ’23.

Recent

  • My graphic notation Soune was presented in volume 3 of Graphème, a publication for experimental and graphic music scores!
  • Of the previous performances should be mentioned the praised premiere of Mytomato by Olga Heikkilä and Kirill Kozlovski.
  • The academic speeches at the Aalto University and Glasgow School of Arts were also successful.
  • Recently, Miika has also been on the Juries, such as the jury of Ung Nordisk Musik, 2024 festival.
